Xanax: Its Usage and Management 

There are some specific issues such as generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) and panic disorder for which Xanax comes as a saviour. Its dosage recommendation by certified doctors ranges from 0.20 mg to 2.5 mg per tablet.

  • Never take a higher amount or more than prescribed.
  • Take one a day after a meal. 
  • Do not consume alcohol along with it.
