Eligibility criteria – we only accept the wrong item or expired when the order gets delivered. In case the product you received is either damaged or defected you have to contact the shipping company.
Non-returnable products– opened,used or medicines that are temperature sensitive are not returnable due to safety purposes unless there is a quality issue.
Return period – the products that are eligible for return will be under process as soon as possible.You will receive the refund as soon as the product you returned gets checked by our side or within 30 days of receiving your product.You will receive the full amount deducted during checkout if such issues happen from our side though we promise to make sure this will never happen.
